「I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Room and I had already accepted my reservation. I was highly disappointed. I would never stay there again. The man didn’t offer...

「Beds and pillows were very comfortable with really soft sheets. I’m not sure about amenities- we didn’t have a chance to use the pool area due to maintenance. The staff never mentioned anything about a breakfast and we had to leave early so never checked to see if one was available. Only negative was having a room right by the elevator and ice machine which you could hear.」
