“The problem is that there is no local help with this property. The apartment is managed by a company in Atlanta. I couldn’t find the key nor figure out how to lock the apartment, and getting help was cumbersome calling the management company in Atlanta, then awaiying a conversation with the on-call person. “From booking to checkout, Allison (Host) was top-notch. Great communication, gracious and hospitable. Property is easily one of top 5 we've ever stayed in.
