"very run down hotel, there are many more in medicine Hat for around the same price. Do not stay here. The place looks like an old motel from 1960. Very run down"

"The front counter people were excellent and the food in the restaurant and free breakfast were really good. The property is really showing it's age and finally our bed has ants in it that we had to brush off before we could sleep. We were way too tired after 12 hours on the road to ask for a new room as they were no biting sugar ants and just made you feel dirty."

"50/50 breakfast, did not see any staff except for front desk. Parking ok. Room very dated, needs to be updated. Sofa old and dirty, tv had bad colour. Not up to today’s standards."

"Stole money from my account days after visiting due to a pet fee when we called to talk to manger they lied and said it was a pet fee we didt have pets we had to call 3 times to even get a manager as they never called back then switched there story's to a plumbing issues witch was cased by there main system backing up into our toilet witch we reported then being told the pet claimed is now to cover that cost and they won't return our money we go to med hat often and they have lost a loyal customer, the pool is cold and the liner is off and making it slippery and hot tube chemicals are off casing to be more foamy and customer service sucks and the breakfast or lack of options terrible experience 👎"

"Check inn was good, friendly and fast. Our room was clean and found beds comfortable. Wasn’t a be fan of breakfast, fruit was in bad shape and hot food didn’t taste great. Swimming pool was absolutely full as was kids competition weekend."

"I read the reviews for this hotel and honestly expected it to be better than it was. My experience was not great - problems with my door locks in my room, old mattress, very noisy heater, washing machine just outside my room which was running when I went i "tried" to sleep and when I came back to the hotel in the evening the parking lot was locked down like fort knox. Good location to downtown and the staff were super nice, but for a few more dollars there are other hotels nearby. I found out from the locals that this is where a lot of "homeless/transient" people hang out and often stay. "
