"Upon arriving we were well greeted by staff and offered water or sparkling wine after our long flight from Seattle. All of the staff spoke English which was very pleasant. Enjoyed wonderful room service that arrived promptly after our order was placed. Excellent service at the restaurant. We enjoyed our visit at thw Vienna Marriott and wish we could have stayed longer. "Grand Ferdinand was FANTASTIC!!! Our room was "Petite Chic" - tiny & perfect. Check in staff - she was awesome! Wish we got her name. Went above and beyond with helpful information. Not just the basics - where to get groceries, transport to our events, holiday weekend hours & info..... 🍋Breakfast.... AMAZING 💞 🍋 Staff ***** Food ***** buffet & a la carte Drinks - coffee, juice, tea..... ***** Everything so delicious! 🍋 Weather wasn't great.... But I still went in the rooftop endless pool TWICE! 2X 🏊‍♀️ This is not my typical review... Good good ok - not a paragraph. I would 100% recommend this hotel I wish we had time to stay another night. Price was a bit high - but Saturday of a holiday weekend, city center & Eurovision in Vienna (we knew nothing about... Until we were here) I've already recommended it to friends with an extra day in Vienna - we are in Graz for the week now."

"Check in was seamless and even though I was early there was a room ready for me. A big shout out to Nadine on reception who was very helpful. The room itself was very clean with tea/ coffee facilities, iron, safe, bathrobes, mini fridge and even an umbrella!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.. there could be more coffee machines though! Breakfast was busy at times and I found It difficult to find a table one morning! The hotel is very convenient to public transport, historical sights and the train to the airport. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay"
