"Absolutely beautiful scenery and very close to Berchtesgaden hiking, lake and other points of interest. The room itself is spacious and very modern, in contrast to the outside of the hotel which looks like most of the charming and traditional Alpine houses that are common to the region. The family that runs the place is very accommodating, and make you feel like you're a friend, rather than a customer. "This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient.
