Close to venue

I chose this place because it was a short distance (just a few blocks) from the Sherman Theater. We were really only in the vrbo for a short time, overall. The bed was very comfortable.

Quick getaway

We decided at the last minute to take the family to Aquatopia for the day on New Year’sEve. We found this house on VRBO and were extremely pleased with our experience. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room. The house was very clean and well stocked. Joshua and Elle were wonderful to deal with. Very professional and helpful. The location was perfect in relation to Camelback. We will definitely keep this house in mind when booking again!!

Not what it appears to actually look

I failed to read the part that the refrigerator was not in working order. I just expected that any place you stay in will automatically have a refrigerator. I was disappointed that I missed that important detail. When we arrived at the house we were surprised that it was located taken back by the home itself. There were no pictures of the outside of the property. Aside from that, the place didn’t have the cook wear we needed to cook. The place wasn’t as clean as it should have been. My guest had to skip our showers because we couldn’tFind the towels that were big enough for after a shower. Overall I was not impressed with my stay at this property. find towels big enough for

Stayer beware

The boarding pass did not work so it took 45 minutes on a phone call to get access. When we got inside, the refrigerator was padlocked because it was broken. We were told that this was mentioned in the listing but I certainly did not see it, and the site featured pictures of a kitchen. It’s like advertising a bathroom but the toilet is broken. Our request for a mini fridge was met with a flat refusal. The bedside light was broken and was not fixed despite our request. The decor is skimpy. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Good Location, fast response from host, could use some upgrades and small touches.

The home is a nice size with an upgraded kitchen and bath. It was in a good location near main street which was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and fast with questions. I booked this place for a wine tour and they were nice enough to allow us to park in spot before check in. The only problem is I had no idea I had to sign a rental agreement and needed to call them when we arrived to find out where to park and they would not send check in code until a few minutes before 4pm which was fine. There was a cute front porch. The kitchen only had 1 fork and there was no kitchen soap and washing dishes was required before we left. The heat did not work and couch and towels were stained. We did appreciate the soap dispenser in the shower House is pretty bare and curtains and some little touches would do wonders for this place. Overall, it worked for us for what we needed and host was responsive. We did get 3 emails and a text reminding us of 11am checkout in the morning which was very annoying.
