You will have access to the entire 2nd floor of the home — a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with full kitchen, access to outdoor deck on the 2nd floor (accessible via door in master bedroom), as well as access to the backyard which is fenced in.

Parking is free in the driveway as well.
