I spent more of my time sitting on the porch, than inside. The property is rural, but doesn't feel completely disconnected. Close to 2 great hiking parks. Laurel was attentive and had the place stocked with the necessities and then some.”

“Stayed for only 1 night on our way home from a work conference, so we didn't do anything around the area. Great place to just sit on the deck and take in the views. Perfect quick stop for a little relaxation before starting the work week. The house was clean and had the basics if you wanted to cook, etc.. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable. The only recommendation would be to have an iron/ironing board (unless there was one and I just couldn't find it).”

“My wife and I stayed at this home during the first weekend in April 2024. We were delighted to find this home in an outstanding location with views that can only be truly appreciated while there. The rear deck seemed like an overhang off the mountain top lending a view of the entire valley and mountain ranges below. Absolutely spectacular is the only way to describe the view. “Overall, very good. It was a pain when leaving and or arriving that I always had to get out of my car and open a swinging gate to drive through. Since it was raining most of the days I was there, that was not pleasant and often muddy. This was just a price to pay for the pleasant setting. My only other complaint, is that the shower was very small.”

“We were absolutely blown away by the generosity and thoughtfulness of the hosts who took care and pride in providing us a clean and gorgeous home with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with our family. The home is nestled in such a serene and lovely forested area with gorgeous foliage and thanks to the nice, large windows we were able to delight in bird watching and other wildlife! “House was as advertised. Was very convenient for getting to all the downtown shops and could have easily walked. The house welcome book and I believe the online description mention this, which were spot on, in that the only downside of this house is backing out of the driveway onto road. It's kind of tricky with the 4-lane road and being on a hill. Other than that, everything was perfect.”
