「I came here by myself to get away from the kids for just one 24 hour period over the whole entire year. I was praying for a bit of peace and to be able to treat myself. Hand on heart can say this place did not disappoint! A lovely warm welcome when I arrived. I booked a double bed with sea view and it was perfect. Bed was ridiculously comfy. 「Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.」
