“Alles perfekt gelaufen!”

“The apartment was in a very central location for the old town and bars and restaurants. However it could be noisy at night and with no aircon we had to have windows open. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofabed, and 2 double sofa beds in the living room,. There were only 2 of us so it was ample. Plenty of towels provided, however they were old and thin, could definitely do with replacing. And there was only 1 teatowel for drying dishes, which wasn't really enough for 4……

“By a little walk to the old town of Graz. In this house almost everything is perfect. Comfortable bed and living space of house with well equipped kitchen and laundry.”

“Even after 2 hours of waiting well after check in time with small children the place had not been cleaned and we were given another room after a few difficult calls as there is nobody at the property. That place had no microwave like in the photos and no full size fridge. Wifi is practicly not existing. All 4 soap dispensers empty and even after calling they were never refilled. Other than that, great location and views in a clean place. If check in would have gone smoothly and on time I would……
