「The Elaya Hotel Oberhausen was cleaned property, The Front Desk Staff Women's was very disrescpectful than the men's, The morning breakfasts was one way food, the same breakfast for 7 days, same food and the same drink for 16.00 euro per guest/person. The room was not cleaned for the whole 7 days. i have to go to front desk and asked for toilet paper 2 two times.」

「Rating: 5 out of 5 stars, I would give 6 starts :) Amazing stay for the whole family! We stayed here for two nights in a Junior Suite room with our adult son. We loved the hotel location and the room. It was really comfortable staying for parents and our son. Staff members were nice. Easy access to all local transportation and Oberhausen Centro and Aquapark. We will come back!」

「CP 值很高. 距離 Essen 車站約走路5分鐘, 但又不會太吵雜. 雖然在鐵軌附近, 隔音也算不錯. 我住在7樓, 房間的 mini bar 不用錢, 每天都有補冰箱飲料. 飯店裝潢也算新, 房間清潔也乾淨, 下次會想再來住.」
