"The hotel was very nice but convenient if you’re coming to experience Bangkok as a tourist. Mostly everything was a 40min to 1 hour drive to the city. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful "

"Clean room, big swimming pool"

"We used as a transition room between flights for a few hours to relax and refresh. The drive from the airport is longer than expected which meant the shuttle hours didn’t work with our outbound flight. The ride-share cost approx $12 cdn. We ordered room service for a late dinner, it was okay but the food arrived cold and we ended uo with a slight case of food poisoning (we suspect the shrimp). The room was lovely and had the staff were friendly and accommodating. We wish we had more time to enjoy the pool as it was closed when we arrived just after 8pm."

"Rooms amazing lovely and clean. Serviced every day. Lots of bottled water. Breakfast was also lovely. Lots of choice. Coffee was great. Pool area lovely as well as a well equipped Gym. It's not to far from Airport and 25 mins taxi in to the city about £4.50 . Or you can use monorail that is very close. Huge Mall next door as well as the Night Train market 5 mins walk away . Fantastic place. I had such a lovely stay at the hotel. Every member of staff was so lovely. I could not complain at all. "

"We only spent one night, but were welcomed warmly and enjoyed our nicely appointed and spacious room. Good shower, comfy bed, and only 10 minutes away from the airport. The shuttle service was prompt, both in picking us up from the airport and then driving us back there for our flight home. And the schedule is often enough to get folks to their flights on time, no matter how early or late. We also enjoyed dinner in the Crystal dining room, which was good food, and then the buffet breakfast. We were there for breakfast right when it opened at 4 am, so not everything was up and running, but enough was there to get a good meal, with lots of variety of breakfast, salad, and drinks. Overall, 10/10, would overnight before a flight again!"
