“A great hotel—I’d happily stay again. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the pool area relaxing, with a large, well-maintained pool. Breakfast is good: unlimited cereal and toast, plus a served plate of fried egg, sausage, and salad. Directly opposite the resort on the beachfront is a wonderful family-run Thai restaurant.”

“We stayed here the night before our ferry trip to Koh Samui. We arrived late and left early, but we wished we spent more time here. The restaurant has a stunning setting and the beach looked very swimmable. We hear that you can sometimes see pink dolphins swimming right in the bay. There are no other guesthouses nearby so a walk down the street feels like you are really in Thailand, not farang- land. The owner was very friendly and drove us to the ferry pier for 500 baht. ”

“An excellent stay at Talkoo. The hotel is right by the beach so you can choose between beach or pool easily. Breakfast was great too. The bungalows were comfortable with great details especially the use of a tree trunk to make a sink. I would happily stay again and recommend. ”
