「First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...

「5 stars for staff. 4 stars for food. 3 stars for tents. There was a generator back of the tent which disturbed sleep. Also as cars were parked in the compound, drivers were chatting till 2 in the night. No hot kettle in the room. No dustbins in the room.」

「Faced No issues even during times of COVID. Yes some facilities are unavailable as a measure of precautions (like food, newspaper, etc.). But the room was clean, the staff was readily available on call. Thanks a lot. 」
