「We absolutely love this place!! It was very cozy and so clean. We have stayed in several rentals and this one is our favorite so far. It is a great place for the family or a romantic getaway with your honey. We enjoyed watching the deer and bunnies, chasing fireflies, and relaxing in the hot tub. And you have to go and just sit on the front porch with a fresh cup of coffee and just take in the view… it’s amazing!! 」

「Host was Very receptive to emails and questions. Home was very clean and in a quiet spot and not far from Helen. The screened in deck was our absolute favorite and we enjoyed it to the fullest during our stay. Would highly recommend. 」

「This place was perfect for our short spring break getaway! Easy to get to from downtown, very clean, perfect fenced yard for our small dogs. Super comfortable beds, nice sitting areas, downstairs game room was great! Would certainly stay here again!」

「My stay at this home was very enjoyable. However, I was not pleased that we were not able to have full access to the home till after 5:30pm and there were still clothes in the washing machine that we had to put in the dryer. There were dishes in the dishwasher that had not been put up. Bathroom tub not cleaned downstairs. I am only giving this a 5 star because the home was perfect for me and my guests, but I was not pleased with the cleaning nor the communication from the host.」

Communication with the owner was spot-on—any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and thoughtfully. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better choice. Highly recommend!」

「Came here for a memorable Christmas Vacation, and the property didn't disappoint. When I had questions about delivery to the address, the host replied almost immediately. The place was as described, and we had plenty of room for our group of 12. The place was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. We would recommend this property to anyone. 」

「Regal on the River is a great place to stay. It is very close to everything and the walk to restaurants and tubing is very easy( not on a hill and no incline) The villa has everything you will need for your stay including extra towels and washcloths. The hot tub was very nice. It is very clean and we always love having a place that has keyless entry. The owner is very easy and quick to communicate with. I would defiantly recommend this villa. 」

「Our family had an amazing time at the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked which was very convenient. The cabin was very close to downtown and the rollercoaster (which we rode twice!). The hill is a bit steep but my 65 yr old was able to walk up it fine. Totally worth not to deal with traffic! We'd totally stay there again!」

「My sons had a lovely time at this property. Love the location, right in the middle of Helen. The rooftop was awesome and I wish they had been able to have more time there. It was very clean and well appointed. The photos do make it seem huge and it is rather small. Will definitely rent again!」
