“The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work……

“Absolutely loved our stay here!!! Such a cute home, all to ourselves. Shower had great water pressure. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Easy communication with our host, able to give us recommendations for activities. The caretaker on the property very welcoming, we loved chatting with him. The views from the pier, breathtaking. We would have loved to stay longer to use all the amenities! Plus San Juan is close by, which is such a beautiful little town. We can’t wait to go back!! ”

“If you’re going to be charging US dollars the room needs to reflect the price. The room itself needs to be updated a lot. It looks like they just do what they have to do to keep it running. The Carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The condo seems rundown. No ac, and it gets humid at night as the Windows barely opened a tiny bit and there is no AC. You can’t leave the back door windows open cause all the bugs will come in. The communication is terrible. Good luck, someone helping you. The……

“First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular.The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors,……

“The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive ”

“Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available.
