「Bed was very confortable Staff friendly Breakfast very poor」

「It is horrible stay... Room is small, smell some bad bed is very very bad and sheets are dirty with hair allover and spots. Bathroom is small and towels are almost black and old... The list will go on.」

「 Well run boutique hotel on part of the original de Lesseps house (the first house built in Ismalia overlooking the new canal). Beautiful throw back decoration/art ( including de Lesseps original horse carriage) in line with the historic nature of the building. The hotel staff are efficient and friendly and the hotel is right next to the amazing Suez Canal museum which has a unique collection (including the statue of de Lesseps). 」

「الفندق جميل والغرفه معقوله مش احسن حاجه لكن معقوله البحر رائع ومنطقة الفندق كبيره والمطعم والاكل معقول مفيش تنوع لكن عادي يحقق الغرض الريزورت حلو ومكانه جميل ونظيف والرحله كانت جميله وهاديه وموظف الاستقبال لطيف وبشوش الوجه بس للاسف رغم اني وصلت بدري شويه تقريبا الساعه 21.30 لكن تم التسكين الساعه 2 تقريبا.. واشكركم على حسن الاستضافه 」

We stayed in the family superior suit. The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again. 」

「The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.」
