「Very good hotel in Japan, I will book again in the future」

「The mattress was surprisingly soft, and it was disappointing that the hotel couldn't get us a spared blanket. We were not able to properly sleep and rest throughout our stay here.」

「Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.」

「Everything's good! Big and clean room included anything! Perfect location to anywhere. Highly recommend!!!」

「Staffs are helpful and the facilities are good」

「i was out of town so they helped to keep my luggage for days, they moved my luggage to my room before I checked in again, appreciated!」

「Many staff can speak English fluently. They are very friendly and heplful. My family and I enjoy the 2 rooms 7 nights stay in the KOKO (Ikebukuro) hotel.」

「We had a lovely time. We didn't want to leave. Hotel was in an excellent location close to many things. Everything was thought off and staff were very friendly despite not always being there. Just a phone call away. Such a cool place to stay. The lift goes straight up to our room and very spacious. Thank you」
