Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place.……

“We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down……

“We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. “We had a very quiet time at this pod. The facility was recently built, so it was modern, warm, and comfortable with a great view. It was great that they had a wide variety of coffee and tea, and that cooking utensils were well-equipped. I also felt that they were committed to sustainability, such as using Faith in Nature shampoo.
Things to keep in mind are that it would be that there was no dishwasher or washing machine, so everything had to be washed by hand.”
