“Wow this place is wonderful! In a beautiful area of the Catskills (we *love* the Catskills!). It was quiet, very peaceful. Neighbors were friendly. The cabin restoration is awesome. Very cozy, fully appointed, comfortable beds. Christine is a fantastic host. Very friendly, quick communication, lots of great recommendations for things to see and places to eat (the Arnold House was our #1). This is the perfect base from which to explore the Catskills. WiFi is spotty at best and hot water is very limited. It’s all good if you’re there to sleep and use the house as a jump off. Amenities are limited but it’s all depends on what you’re there for. Owner was responsive but the “house” is what it is. Description could be better. ”

“My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

The house was in fantastic condition, it was thoughtfully stocked with supplies, and had every amenity one could imagine. The property is beautiful and obviously has more space than we knew what to do with.
