「that check in is at 4pm and they closed the outdoor pool at 7pm, the lines to check in are insane waited 45min to check in. not enough staff to help in general.」

「I thought the facility was very nice and the staff was also very helpful. Serene and relaxing. I wanted to have a massage but didn't have the chance due to my 11am checkout. Next time I will certainly take advantage of it. They should advertise this facility more in the area. It's beautiful.」

「The first room had broken bathroom tiles and mold in the bathtub, so I had to request a room change. The second room was better, but at checkout I was given a bill belonging to another guest from a different date. The hotel said it was a system glitch. Overall, not the experience I expected, and there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and billing.」

「The signature suite was gorgeous and well-appointed with a beautiful private deck facing the lush woods. It was quiet and peaceful. The automated lights, curtains, and fans were convenient. There was a lovely dry bar with good-sized under-counter fridge. Soft slippers and robe were a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious with lots of thoughtful toiletries and a heated towel rack. 「The staff was great and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The decor was outdated but comfortable. I felt like I was staying in my childhood home. It felt more like a Bed and Breakfast. So I liked it and would definitely stay there again when I am in the area. It's a plus that the rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms!! Beautiful area too, by the lake.」
