    The entrance opens onto an elegant 16th-century stone portal, embellished with a coat of arms depicting a rampant lion holding a tree trunk—a heraldic symbol linked to the city’s ancient noble families, likely the Amorosi.
    The apartment is spread over three levels:
    Ground floor: entryway and guest bathroom
    Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living area with a one-and-a-half-seat sofa, comfortable enough for two people
    Second floor: spacious double bedroom and private bathroom
    The property has been completely renovated—with work completed in November 2025—to offer guests a comfortable and modern setting while respecting the original historic architecture.
