"Since the moment we walked in the hotel the staff was very polite and friendly, they were able to to assist us with our questions and gave us directions to our places of interest. The hotel was very clean as everything in Tokyo and they provided clean towels and toiletries every time we needed. Definitely a great place to stay in the future.."

"Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again."
