"The room was clean and well kept. Bathroom was nice. Bed was pretty good. Parking easy out front on the street. Public transportation by train into center city just a block or two away. If you stay here, know that this is an urban setting, no worries in the day, but keep an eye out as you enter and exit at night. Don't leave bags in the car. Busy street so book rooms on the interior/back of the building (higher number rooms). Overall we would stay here again because the price, room quality, and location were a good match for us and we are familiar with city life."

"The room was nice and clean, and I appreciated being allowed to check in about 20 minutes early since I was already there. That said, I was really disappointed by a few policies and how issues were handled during my stay. The policy of not providing extra towels unless I paid additional fees was frustrating especially since there was no washer in the unit, and I was not allowed to use the washer located right outside the door. For a 5-day stay, that felt unreasonable. More importantly, during my stay there was a weather warning and the unit was extremely cold because the heat did not work properly. I reached out multiple times, but I kept being asked for the “exact problem,” even though I repeatedly explained that the heater wasn’t working and the apartment was freezing. The only response I received was that the team would be informed, but the issue was never resolved. I ended up getting sick with a sore throat and fever, and the bedding provided also wasn’t warm enough for the conditions. Overall, while the place was clean, the guest support and problem-solving were not up to a basic hosting standard. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve how you handle essential needs like heat and longer-stay supplies like towels, because this experience was not acceptable."

"The apartment was very clean and house rules, check in, and check out were timely and clear. We appreciated the furnishings, multiple TV's, and space. However, neighbors were noisy either due to thin walls or simply noisy behavior. When people arrived in the apartment above us, we could hear garbled conversation and stomping. Street parking was easy to find, but the streets themselves were rather dirty. At one point there was a small leak in the ceiling. When we reached out about it, we did not get a response for quite a while. That said, it seems the owners may have been already busy dealing with the source of the leak, because it stopped within minutes of starting, and we heard movement above the area that sounded like cleaning. The apartment offered much value. It was affordable, plenty of space, clean and well furnished. The noise from neighbors was the biggest complaint"
