The apartment has a mini split which was great to cool the space really quickly since we were here during a warmer weekend. It is very close to Javits and is an excellent option for people attending tradeshows. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very low. But the apartment had everything that could be needed like hair dryer and washer/dryer.」

「The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions. 「First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters...
