「Usually this place is 5 stars. So many issues this stay (I've stayed at this place a lot).
The day before, I got a local call from the hotel, no voicemail. I redialed the number and was assured by the front desk my reservation was fine. I asked if the pool and hot tub were working and told they were.
On the day of, the key didn't work right away, so they reprogrammed the door. Then one the lights didn't work. They gave us a lightbulb to fix it. It worked for a minute then died. We had to be...
