「The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was kind and helpful. We asked to check in early, they were accommodating. The kitchen was clean but if the room can sleep 4 why are there only 2 plates cups etc? Also towels for 2 people in the bathroom. Thank you.」

「This was our 2nd stay here. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay again.」

「Everything was great!」

「There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.」

「We stayed for Oktoberfest. Hotel stay was amazing」

「The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!」

「非常理想的小套房，舒適乾淨!」

「Loved the old house and great big bath. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Convenient and Close to airport.」
