"The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the fridge did not work, and there was other people’s food in it. And there is no elevator in the building. So if you want to stay on the second or third floor, you will have to carry your luggage up the floor and there is also no luggage carriers to get your luggage from the car to the base of the stairs. The breakfast was really good. I love the staff. They were so helpful and happy."

"I have been on a lengthy road trip with granddaughter. We were sooo tired after the drive from west yellostone, through yellowstone did beartooth highway then to devils tower, then to room. We were exhausted. The young man at the counter, I believe his name was Josh? Forgive me if I am incorrect, arranged a first floor accommodation. I was so happy, my back was killing me. Lol he was mannerely, quick, efficient, kind, smiled, and got my room key to me, where there was an extremely comfortable bed that really gave my back relief. The outside and inside are very well maintained. Rooms are very clean and in excellent reair. Felt very safe. Basic vending in lobby, probably more but I just went to sleep. Great stay would recommend and would stay again. They serve breakfast, had amenities,"

"Our ac quit working and the owner was onto of it immediately. He couldnt get it working, he had us in another room within mins! Breakfast was late every morning suppose to start at 6:30 and the attendant would wait at least 15 mins, and make very little. Remind you it's sturgis time so there was many people complaining.. would consider staying again as there is plenty of parking. But need friendlier staff for sure"

"This is a very clean comfortable hotel well located minutes from Devils Tower. The staff is very accomodating offering suggestions for dinner and points of interest. Breakfast is included and was well attended to."

"Clean and quiet. Hotel is older but clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Hot tubs were nice and quiet area in back. Didn't use the shuttle service but that is something that would be helpful if we had needed it."
