「Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.」

「Taino wood was a great place for camping. Chantel and her husband Jesse are great host and are very welcoming and kind. Nice place to enjoy with your family in the nature. There were many tent sites inside their woods and we occupied the site called:Turey.
We set up 3 tents (two 4-people tents and one 6-people tent). There was a firepit we used to cook food and Chantel and Jesse lend us a pot to cook.
Before leaving Chantel, Jesse and a few of their friends sang indigenous songs and played...

I booked it so my sister—visiting from abroad—could experience New York’s fall, and the location was perfect for apple picking, Minnewaska trails, and Mohonk Mountain House.The home felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the forest, yet had all the modern comforts. 「I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. 」
