「It's a little dated. There was a very long line at check in with only one staff member working. We did not find a non-smoking area of the casino and while the room was designated as non-smoking it clearly smelled of smoke. For a non-expensive overnight it was OK.」

「Always clean and staff very accommodating!」

「After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.」

「5 star stay forgot my fishing 🎣 😒 pole , just like being back in holler in nc」

「The only hotel I will stay in in Kokomo now.」

「The bed was very hard & very small. The room was also pretty small. The room was super cold & then in the middle of the night it got very hot. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, also. It didn’t have a fridge in it, but there was one in the hallway that ppl could share. It was quiet there & there was a nice view of the river across the street with places to sit.」
