「Very nice place to stay」

「Dirty towels, dirty room, smelled like smoke, lots of construction, pool closed」

「The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great.」

「Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast.」

「have nice breakfast」

「Very nice hotel!」

「Room and staff was great but left a day early and was promised money back and still have not received」

「Great staff. Room was clean and functional. Hot breakfast was good. Coffee station open 24/7. The only elevator was slow and noisy. The property was worn and dated.」

「Great」

「The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the area was quiet. Close to downtown. The only problem was there was a crack in the floor of the bathtub so I had to stay to the back or keep my feet along the edge. I did inform staff but they were booked solid so couldn't move us. Other than that would stay here again.」

「Good location, but it definitely needs to be updated. The bed was not super comfortable, but we just like a firmer mattress. Breakfast was OK, nothing fancy. But all was clean, and it was good for the price.」

「This is an excellent place start-up. The room was very well decorated! Very nice! The bed was sooo comfortable. The room and bath were very clean and the workmanship was very well-done. There were a few things still to do. The accessible room on the 1st floor was not quiet so a wedding rehearsal was right in there w us. There are issues with door entry codes, have a staffed, obvious check-in desk for service and directions to room. A posted guide to thermostat use, please have better coffee!...

「Love the nostalgia of the hotel. Great river view. The owner is very nice and helpful.」
