At Boondocks Bliss, you’ll have a front row seat to the action, tucked away on a quiet street right along the shores of the desirable Lake of the Ozarks. Soak in those expansive waterfront views from the home’s spacious deck, offering a table with umbrella perfect for dining al fresco in the fresh air, along with a grill where the barbeque master among you can whip up delicious feasts for the whole family.

You’ll be minutes by water from dining options such as Captain Ron's and The Tavern at Trails End, or by land to all the attractions, dining, and shopping in Sunrise Beach and surrounding towns. You’ll be just 20 minutes from Osage Beach where you can spend full days on the sand soaking up the plentiful sunshine. If you happen to be renting in late August, you’ll be close by water or land to all the action for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, a 2-day powerboat race event considered to be one of the nation’s must-see boating events. Golf enthusiasts among you will be delighted with the many surrounding championship courses, each offering their own unique set of challenging fairways encased in lush scenery.

Indoors, soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop open spaces designed to maximize your downtime, adorned with comfortable furnishings and country-chic décor. Sink into plush leather sofa and recliner seating as you settle in to binge watch episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. Just around the corner, the fully equipped kitchen is here to assist you in whipping up meals both large and small. You’ll have your choice of dining venues from the formal table with seating for 6, the aforementioned table on the deck for 4, a table in the basement for 3, and additional counterspace in the basement for another 3. Speaking of the basement, you’ll also find a secondary living space complete with sofa and smart TV offering plenty of options for everyone to have the entertainment experience they desire.

This home comfortably sleeps 15 guests between 2 private bedrooms and sleeping arrangements in the basement and loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

The basement includes a king size bed, twin-over-queen bunk bed, and smart TV.

The loft includes a king size bed, 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, private balcony, and bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles along with room for a boat trailer.
• Two small steps must be used to get to the main door from the driveway. Once in the house, the kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms are all accessible with no additional stairs.
• The Boat house is not for guest use.
The 12X36 Boat slip is avalibue for guest use during the duration of the stay. Use at your own risk. Host is not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
Dock is located on a busy stretch of the Main Channel. Water may be rough on weekends and holidays during the summer season.

PET POLICIES: We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

• Number and Type of Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay (must be under 30 lbs). We accept dogs, and small caged animals. Please contact us in advance if you have exotic pets or unusual animals to confirm their eligibility.
• Pet Fee: Please note that there is an additional daily Pet Fee of $25 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
• Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
• Cleaning Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
• By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
