"Check in was smooth and super easy. Staff that we interacted with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We ordered the New England breakfast one morning for room service and i have to say it was delicious. Plenty of food for the two of us to share and came with coffee and OJ. "

"The Halloween/fall decor inside and outside was very much appreciated. The room temperature was always on point. No problems with the thermostat. The size of the bathroom and room were good. Toilet did run at times. Having two real chairs, wooden bench and suitcase holder were very useful. Not enough hotels have these. Thank you for having a good size round table in the room. More hotels need this as well."

"Great stay and room! Only down side was that there seemed to be a birthday party at the pool and the group was acting like they rented the space out and were rude to others using the shared space. "

"We had an amazing stay at this Smithfield VRBO! The four of us were very comfortable for our 4-night stay, with two people per room. The rooms were spacious, and we loved having so many pillows (4 each!) on the comfy beds. It was great that there were extra blankets and sheets available, plus fans, dressers, and plenty of closet space.The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to re-useable *and* some disposable plates and cups. The coffee setup was a lifesaver, with coffee filters ready to go, Keurig cups, sugar, and creamer.The bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of towels, which was a huge plus. We also appreciated that the host didn't skimp on toilet paper – there were plenty of rolls, and good quality too! Having access to the washer and dryer with a laundry pod was super convenient.I also appreciated the minimal decor, which made it easier with our toddler. The host was always quick to respond to our questions, usually within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"
