"I stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding. The room was clean, and breakfast was hot and on time. Parking gets a little packed later in the day. My only complaint is that on the morning of check-out, while packing to leave, I had a knock at my door 2 different times asking when I was going to check out. Check-out is 11 a.m and this was before 11 a.m. I felt very rushed to get out. I got to the front desk at exactly 11 a.m to check out. I asked the front desk if there was a rush to leave, and she said, "Well... if you're going to check out late, you have to let us know". A side from that, everything else was fine."

"Nice older hotel, but homeless are right outside the door. The front staff at the desk were 2 men who had absolutely no customer service skills. I asked about parking and he said, "I don't own a car, so I don't know." The hotel was clean and the beds and everything were nice. We did buy breakfast in the hotel and the staff in the restaurant connected to the hotel were exceptional! It's right downtown and the location to walk to places was great, you just have to literally dodge and walk around/through the homeless camped right outside the door."
