「We had a great stay at Jennifer’s house! The place was very clean, check-in was super easy, and it was conveniently close to public transit. Jennifer was very kind and welcoming, and the space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We had a private bathroom and bedroom which was perfect for the two of us! 「Lovely spacious basement apartment. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.Pros: location, lots of space, comfortable bed/pillows, laundry, full kitchen, private entrance, lots of street parking, kind hosts!Cons: Early morning noise from two adorable kiddos upstairs, bathroom can smell a bit musty.Suggestion: Get an absorbent bath rug that can be washed in between guests - found that a lot of water leaked from the shower onto the tiles and probably contributed to the wet/musty smell.」

"Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."
