Rack Rate - 3 Night Min (Pisces Unit 06)

The Pisces waterfront apartments are located on the sandy shores of Noosa Sound. Only meters away from Quamby Place shopping center that boasts some of Noosas famous restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Hastings street makes this a perfect place for your family getaway.

The complex has a waterfront swimming pool and BBQ. Fish off the complex jetty or bring your boat, kayak or paddle board and enjoy Noosa waterways.

Relax on your balcony overlooking the waterways or BBQ on the grassed area near on the canal. This well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is on the second floor. The open plan living is Air Conditioned with a 60 inch Smart TV and Bose Sound bar.

The kitchen is fully equipped with wine fridge and European appliances.

The ensuited master bedroom has water views air conditioning, King size bed and walk in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has two long singles that can be made into a King. Charges do apply.

Great short break

Surprisingly quiet and peaceful, this property is very well equipped and presented very well. It was clean and the starter cleaning pack is always welcome. Its a nice walk to Hastings St but the mooring point would be good for those with boats too. I would choose to stay here again.

What The Glossy Photos Don't Show - A Broken, Smelly Property!

We were extremely disappointed with our four week stay at this property and do not recommend it to others. Communications with Accom Noosa(property manager) and the Owner through the property manager were frustrating, with communications often not returned or followed up. We were given incorrect gate codes and there was no physical key to open the pedestrian gate in the event the gate system failed, which it did on our fourth day, locking us out of the property. The owner refused to provide a key for the pedestrian gate. The coffee maker was broken and the owner refused to repair or replace it so we had no coffee maker for 4 weeks. The drains in the kitchen sink and ensuite bathroom stunk. It took multiple treatments, which we purchased, with a drain cleaner over the course of the first week to get them odour free. The glassware etc had a greasy feel to them so multiple dishloads of wash were required before use of the kitchen dishes. The TV is old and the speaker was broken so it constantly vibrated and distorted the audio while watching TV. The “Insinkerator” was broken. It barley scratched the skin of a lemon slice let alone pass it. The common use BBQ grills required significant mtce so we never used it. This place requires the owner to invest in some basic regular maintenance and minor investments in improvements to the unit. Needless to say, we won’t be back and would encourage other renters to find another place to rent if you’re looking for a place in Noosa.
