“Clean, quaint room for one on my trip ! Great location and plenty of amenities! ”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ……

“We loved this little condo and it's decor. The pool is in front of the property next to the parking lot as the condo sits directly next to the dunes. The pool is 8ft deep. The neighborhood is quiet. There is no elevator. The beach area was not crowded & the weather was great! There were two beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella auger to use at the condo. We appreciated this so much! We bought a beach umbrella and left it for the next guests to use! Again, adorable and very clean condo that……

“Everything was perfect. Beautiful place and loved looking at the pier from the balcony. The only thing I will say is the tubs are very deep and one of my guest has MS which was a little difficult to get out of. It’s a great place to stay. ”

“Amazing property! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s so convenient to Fort Fisher and we love meeting our guide there for our inshore fishing trips. Very easy access to the beach and we loved the oceanfront view from the deck. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Perfect for what we were looking for- Not too busy and beautiful. The space was just the right size for us, but could easily fit kids. The deck is awesome (big). The walk to the beach is shorter than some walks from 'on the beach' places.Someone did note the master bed is soft- Yep, it's soft. So if you are use to firm, be ready.The beach is wide and super clean. Well worth it!”

“3 stars on communication with mgr as I had no need. Condo was clean. View was beautiful for sunrise photos. Didn’t like the king bed and refrigerator “walking”! Would have liked them to be stationary. Liked ROUND dining table. Elevator was out for a day but we managed. Just glad we weren’t on top floor. Although pics were encouraged to look for broken items at check-in, we didn’t notice anything. We did however notice minor things (chipped coaster, cracked dryer vent, ripped LR curtain which I……
