Great location & Very Clean House

Great family home. Very spacious for our entire family of 6 adults and 3 children. Bathrooms in every room. Large family area and Kitchen. Great open plan house. On the oceanfront with easy access directly to beach from back porch.

Really nice house with a few caveats

The house itself is great, and the beach was very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. TV's and furniture are very nice. Overall we had a good stay. There's even a Tesla wall charger in the parking area, though I don't know if renters are allowed to use it as it's not mentioned in the description. A few things kept me from giving it 5 stars though. The beds are all too firm! I get that the owner may like a firm bed but some renters may not; with so many beds, maybe a few of them could be softer for side sleepers? Also the house gets a lot of road noise as it's much closer to the main road than to the ocean. There's no sleeping in for those in the front-facing rooms once morning road traffic picks up.

Fall Family Vacation

Great beach vacation house. Well designed for adults & children. A few glitches: locks on gates securing the pool need to be repaired after Hurricane Ian’s wind to be sure small children are safe. The propane tank ran out in the midst of cooking a fresh seafood feast! Tank was re-filled next morning. All else was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
