First class service from beginning to end! The staff were wonderful, always so kind and attentive. Loved their breakfast options, I enjoyed trying all the different options throughout our stay! We did one of their dinner bbqs on our last night and had a wonderful time! They also assist with any last minute transportation. Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Terima Kasih!!!

We had a club level room and it was well worth the additional cost with the 2 hour happy hour and the snacks and drinks available all day. Staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort!

There are not adequate words to describe how much we loved staying here! From check in to check out everything was just perfect. We loved the breakfast buffet and the pizzeria! Take some time to appreciate the gardens! They are so stunning. You won’t regret a stay here at this lovely hotel!

The breakfast was amazing, as was the pool menu for later in the afternoon. The rooms were spacious and the gym was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and the service was efficient and always with a smile. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this resort and will certainly visit again.

Very luxurious beautiful hotel in Sanur. Walk 5 minute ro meeting point and take snorkeling boat to Nusa Penida. Lots of outside restaurants and shops on the streets.

This is an absolutely beautiful and welcoming property. I have traveled all over the world and this hotel is about the best I have ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful, the town of Sanur is interesting, and the gardens at the hotel are gorgeous. It is the closest thing to paradise
