Dated, dirty, not worth the price
Disgusting house but great week nevertheless. Absolutely not worth the price it’s listed for. Rundown, unclean, outdated. Needs a deep clean, some new furniture and linens, new carpets, a coat of paint and some serious bathroom upgrades.
Notable low lights:
Multiple rats in the pool drain.
Stained and moth eaten linen. Mattresses insides spilling out and falling apart.
Moldy and falling apart bathroom fixtures. Toilet flush broken. Water doesn’t drain.
Ancient washer drier.
Grimy paint peeling walls.
Carpets filthy (hair).
Faint smell of cigarettes and butts along the path to the beach and in the carport.
Couch and chairs dirty and stained.
Dishes greasy and unclean.
Grill disgusting.
