Venligt personale, rent og paent. Der er svimming pool, både ude og inde, og vaerelser er store og nydelige. Beliggenheden er ikke den mest spaendende, men hvad kan man forlange i Surabaya: en kaotisk by!

The hotel was dirty, no wifi, dirty sheets

Checked out after one night, not for travelers, maybe a local wouldn't mind it but it's not in a good location. Don't believe their website pictures. My friend and I had booked for three nights and ended up staying just one. Plus when booking, it said pay deposit and reminder on arrival, but they had withdrawn the full amount from my account within 2 days of booking. We tried to contact them 3 times via email before traveling there but it was not a working email for my friend, for me, I just didn't get a reply. Bugs on the bed. The bathroom was just so damaged. I want my money back. They refused, they said it is up to wotif to refund the other 2 nights.

전반적으로 청결하지는 않으나 침구류는 깨끗했음. 대학교 근처라서 식당과 카페가 많음. 와이파이 양호함. 푸라바야 버스터미널까지 택시미터기로 36k나옴.(기사가 좀 돌아서감) 정말 하루 잠시묵는걸로는 괜찮으나 장기투숙하기에는 아늑하지 못함. 여자 리셉션 스텝은 친절함.

Spacious, bright, inexpensive

The price is cheap. Check-in was quick. My apartment on 15th floor is spacious, bright and has a great view, there are a lot of desk space and shelves to put things,and the bed is big and comfortable. There are too pools (one indoors and one outdoors). There are ATMs just downstairs and taxis always waiting in front. There were some problems and drawbacks in my apartment though: (1) No wifi -- The router was out of order and could not be fixed/replaced quickly, and it was impossible to connect to other routers. The staff proposed to change to another apt, but the one available was much smaller, so in the end I stayed in the same apt, but only after much time wasted. (2) The toilet was not cleaned -- it smelled terrible, and I had to clean it myself; but even after this, I still smelled bad. (3) Many small ants in the apartment. (4) There is a kitchen, but no stove, no fridge, and no utensiles at all, so basically it's more like a shelf with a washbasin. (5) The sockets are all placed in the wrong places: in the kitchen, no sockets near the work surface, the one for the non-existent fridge is high on the wall, therefore impossible to use it for the electric kettle; in the room, they are far from the desks and the bed.

De appartement is zo onveilig en onhygiënisch.

Wij gingen alleen de appartement of de kamer gekeken, daarna gingen wij weer weg op zoek naar andere hotel. Omdat de kamers waren zo onhygiënisch en de omgeving was onveilig.

Secara keseluruhan cukup baik. Ada kolam renang. Parkiran cukup luas. Ada foodcourt. Hanya saja AC kurang dingin, pintu agak seret, nyangkut di lantai. Kurang maintenance aja.

値段の割にはきれい。ただし、冷蔵庫はない。

冷蔵庫がないのがたまにきず。ルームサービスにもビールはありません。部屋は清潔だし、上の階の部屋なら騒音もない。ただし、エアコンの室外機がけっこううるさいです。中心部に出るにはタクシーを使う必要があります。

Deposit yang diluar nalar

Sewaktu kami registrasi untuk check in, kami diminta deposit 1.5 x harga kamar yang kami akan sewa. dengan alasan untuk jaminan kunci kartu. apakah ini memang policy hotel ini? ini tidak masuk diakal, menurut saya, deposit nya senilai tersebut. kebanyakan hotel meminta deposit sekitar 50rb - 100rb untuk jaminan kunci kartu. sehingga kami sempat komplain ke receptionist, dan mereka tidak bisa berbuat banyak karena tidak ada MOD. Secara umum kualitas baik. tapi kondisi seperti diatas yang membuat kamu tidak nyaman.
