"Clean, safe, great staff. Nice rooms. Great experience. Only complaint is having to walk down to the front desk with the masseuse after a massage to pay with a credit card, as they cant take payment with cards at the spa. Inconvenient "

I would like to thank the front desk and the Koffee staff esp. Farrel, Yusuf and Shinta for the great service when I needed a birthday surprise for my travel mate and they did the birthday wish choc for me (yummy too). Thank you very much for the housekeeping staff too as I left the tips on the table but the staff didn’t take. I am indeed blessed and heartened to see such honest and sincere people at this hotel. Finally, I hope to return to Surabaya and stay at this hotel again. A BIG thank you to you all!"
