Sea-breezin' - Beachfront Condo

Newly remodeled 1st floor oceanfront condo in Windswept Villas with a covered balcony that overlooks the ocean and pool. Sit and watch the sunrise/ sunset or watch the dolphins play. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (updated cabinets & new granite countertops, new flooring and new interior paint. There is a washer/ dryer in the unit. The unit has a new queen size bed and a new sofa, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Only one parking space allowed per unit. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping in the unit. Linen Package included; and cleaning upon departure. Walking distance to restaurants and beach shopping. Short drive away to Murrells Inlet, dubbed the seafood capital of South Carolina.

Wonderful condo

Our weeks stay in the condo was nice. The location was great for restaurants and shopping. Loved that we were on the beach for walking! Looking forward to renting again.

October Get Away

We had a great 3 days with perfect weather and good food. We love staying at Windswept Villas but this was our first in this unit. Very clean, convenient and the owners were great.

Giving Thanks by the Sea

Great location and condo for long weekend to spend Thanksgiving holiday with our son. Everything we needed and can never beat waking up to sunrise and ocean sounds, and few steps to getting sand in your toes!

Love the beach

Very nice place. Very comfortable. However, theBathroom sink drain was very slow. The baseboards need to be cleaned, especially the ones in the bathroom. We still really enjoyed the condo and would love to come back again. It’s close to everything.

Joint birthdays trip

We absolutely loved the place. It was everything we could have asked for and wanted. 1st floor walk to beach. Could see the ocean from our bed every morning, my wife said she thought we could have been on a cruise ship. And pool was right there. Cost was excellent 👌

Wonderful Beach Spot!

This condo could not have been cuter. It was set up beautifully, included everything needed for a comfortable stay & was in easy walking distance to many restaurants. Perfect place to explore, relax

The accommodations in the location met our needs perfectly. We loved the easy stroll along the beach to the newly rebuilt Surfside Beach pier and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck and listening to the waves, and watching the activity day and night. But we also got out and explored many of the local attractions in restaurants. This is a very convenient location. We had everything we needed at the condo. And best of all, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Great location and great view!

My sister and I my rented this condo for our annual trip. We stayed in the same building last year and loved it so much we decided to book again. The view is phenomenal, the beach is gorgeous … just a few steps away, and the proximity to restaurants and shopping is great. The condo looks just like the pictures, comfy bed and nice updated appliances in the kitchen. Patty was very responsive throughout the booking and during our stay. I highly recommend this lovely condo!

Beachy and perfect for 2.

We would definitely stay here again. We have a son @ Coastal Carolina & this was a perfect spot for visiting him & the beach. Condo was quiet, cute with beach vibe and great views! Happy we were on the 1st floor! We did have to ask a neighbor to not smoke pot on their balcony due to the nasty smell but of course, this was not the property owner’s fault. Manager was very quick to respond to our questions.

Clean, well-appointed and happy place

Owner was very easy to reach by text. Unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Nice Bed - we thought we might be too close (being used to a king) but it was really nice and we slept well. Cute beach decor with pretty colors. The location is perfect - easy to get to the beach and pool - just the right height for a great view on the first floor above the garage. We liked the deck furniture too - comfortable! We hope to be back to this exact spot again!

Simply Amazing!

Patricia was an amazing host. Her communication was great. All the information you will need is sent to you ahead of time. She is also available if you have any questions. The villa had the perfect view! We saw 5 dolphins. It was so relaxing to sit out on the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book. I loved that the deck was covered. The inside of the Villa was spotless. Fresh linens and towels are provided for you. Everything listed in the description is accurate, but there are no words to explain the view from your bed first thing in the morning. You will just have to book it to see it! You are in a great location. Perfect for walking in the neighborhood or on the beach and great for getting to several dining options. There are grocery stores near by and several donut spots if you’re looking to cheat some on vacay! You deserve it! Thank you for sharing your beach villa! I cannot wait to return!
