The Big Time rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautifully laid out and was in a great location. The pool was very nice. We had a wonderful time. Family week at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great week. A shower in the pool area would help tremendously. Additional hook and or tile holders would help a lot.

One of the best vacations ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home would’ve done some things different if I’ve done it but it’s absolutely beautiful. I had to call maintenance but they were there very quickly with pool issues. Garden City Realty was very friendly real great trip.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy

Great place for 16 to eat and sleep. Very convenient to beach 3-4 minutes max walk. Nice sidewalk to avoid traffic on N 16th street. Can tell it is managed by a property company just missing the little thing like 20 wine glasses with no wine opener. One enhancement would be to cement driveway. Gravel hard on bare feet.
