「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17...

「The resort was clean and always maintained. I added a night to my stay through the resort and they moved things around to make me able to stay in my original room for the night. The balcony view was beautiful and was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday vacation. The staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make my stay great. 「Resort was nice. Great location and access to beach. The pool was a bit small. The only con is that there were no attendants near pool or lazy river. There was kids hogging tubes and doing dangerous silly things with no one to stop them or manage.」
