Overall our stay was great ! Clean and appreciated all amenities! Just a few things : an outdoor motion light as we were always coming home late each day ( we would forget to turn on the out door light when we left early in morning). More towels… we washed towels everyday . And a box of Kleenex . We appreciated having a washing machine and all the shampoo, conditioner and soap products provided ! Thank you :)

Very good experience

Single basement suite, covering about 1/2 of the basement area. Complete with large bedroom, bath with tub shower, large open living-dining-kitchen area. Brand new appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and drier. Some small appliances also available. New neighbourhood, but very quiet and private. The unit was spotless. There is shopping with some major stores close by.

Our week away

The basement suite was a great place and location that met our needs for our week away. Convenient to drive to the beaches in White Rock, close to the border for a quick visit to the USA, easy to get to Vancouver proper if necessary. Lots of places to explore in Surrey and places to eat out. Overall it met all our needs! Owner was quick to respond to any messaging.

We expected to be within walking distance to White Rock Marine Drive as this is what we searched for. We were disappointed to see the property was not even in White Rock as we had searched. It was Surrey
