「Not really any staff for the rooms, clean, no tv in the bedroom, didn’t really see staff til the second day, when someone randomly walk in our room, didn’t knock or anything, kept getting text about an odor in the hallway, but didn’t smell anything. The food from the restaurant was good. Our patio was right above the smoking area outside so when we opened it up, cigarette smells came in really bad. Overall was and ok stay, just ok.」

「Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. 」

「This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for...

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!」
