“Very good”

“All was excellent. Thanks”

“Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!”

“Safe. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful surroundings and property. However, the rooms are out dated/old.”

“We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Please avoid this hotel if you don’t want to deal with cockroaches, bedding with urine stains and broken shower heads. My family and I had three rooms for 2 nights and had to move out of one because of a HUGE COCKROACH. Another room had sheets on one of the beds with very obvious urine stains so housekeeping obviously isn’t paying attention to what they’re doing. And the shower head in the third room came off completely due to a crack in the plumbing. I’ve got pictures and videos of all of this……

“The staff was excellent, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, and they were the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property that need attention. The room had an unpleasant odor, and I saw baby roaches during my stay, which was very concerning. In addition, the parking lot needs better lighting, as it felt too dark at night and raised safety concerns. While I truly appreciated the great customer service from the staff, the cleanliness and……

“Close to historic sites and excellent value.”

“The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.”
