「Ceiling air conditioner directed constant stream of cool to cold air directly onto bed making one side nearly useless. Bedding arrangement of single duvet made it impossible to balance protection against the gale from the ceiling. Front desk did discount us for the inconvenience, but the situation needs to be addressed in my opinion. Otherwise stay was great.」
