Chalets in Virginia

"Home was in perfect location for intermediate skiers. Ski in right behind house. Parking was terrible. The house shares parking lot with neighbors and they had 5 vehicles parked there over the weekend in a lot that will hold 3. They did leave us one spot. We found parking areas along the street. We had no firewood for the fireplace, couldn't find any trash bags or dish washer detergent so we used our own and washed dishes by hand. Would be helpful if there were directions to operate the heating...

"The place was more open than we expected which was nice so we didn’t feel cramped since we had 4 different families there. There was plenty for the kids to do. They had a hottub which we didn’t know about till we got there. So easy to check in and out. Very nice place to stay 10/10"

"My extended family got together for a ski weekend at Massanutten. The Chalet provided a great space for family meals and fun in between skiing and snow tubing. The resort was a short drive away. Large driveway for parking. Well-stocked kitchen. Extra blankets that were perfect for cozying up by the downstairs fire while the kids played pool and ping pong. We’ll be back! "

"The location is well apointed, clean, and unique in the Massanutten area for the attention to detail, cleanliness and amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to cook in, with a thoughtful inclusion of provisions like coffee and tea, pans for just about any meal, and plenty of dishware. The dining table is large (seats at least 8) and the living room is close enough to carry on conversation with those in the kitchen/dining area. Fireplaces in several rooms are a plus.
